Location
The villa is situated on Torrox Park – on a new but established urbanisation. There is a small supermercado, newsagent, bars, restaurants, tourist advice centre, hairdresser and laundry within a short walk. From Torrox Park it is a short drive of 5 minutes to Torrox Costa and the beach, the promenade, beach-side restaurants, plus major supermarkets, banks, pharmacy and schools. It is 5 minutes to Torrox Pueblo (now the new access road is opened!) and a little longer to Nerja – a fairly large town with more than adequate restaurants, shopping etc.
Torrox is 45 minutes from Malaga International airport, which is served by all the major airlines and low cost carriers. With the excellent motorway connections exploring couldn’t be easier. The scenery in the area is magnificent – the mountains literally come down to the sea – and within a few minutes one can be on the beach building that tan or walking in the mountains breathing all that fresh air! Andalucia is famed for its hillside whitewashed villages, orange groves, olive and avocado plantations, castles and history – and its wonderful climate

The property has a beautiful, large lounge/dining room with a corner fireplace. In this home the rooms are all of a good size, the interior décor is very light and airy, ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms.

It has a separate, fully equipped kitchen with base and wall units in an attractive white finish.

Two bathrooms, one with bath and showr over, and one with walk-in shower.

Outside
The house is surrounded with an extensive paved, terraced area and a large, well laid-out garden. It has a beautiful private swimming pool and outside shower.
