A brand new second floor apartment situated two minutes walk from the beach in El Penoncillo, between Nerja and Torrox Costa.

There is off-road parking in front of the apartment block and easy access to the bus service, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and of course the beach! (across the road)
The delightful promenade at Torrox Costa is a short ten min's. walk from the apartment, and Nerja a five minute drive by bus or car.

For longer winter bookings a discount is available!
Prices are per week. (Not per person).
A service charge of 40 euros ( £27), is payable in advance to cover changeover costs. A deposit (returnable on return of keys) of £50 (73 euros) is required on arrival ,to cover any breakages.
To confirm your booking a 50% deposit (non-returnable) is required and the remaining 50% six weeks prior to arrival. All bank charges to be paid by clients.
