I moved to Torrox in 2002 and with my dog training and behaviour experience began working at a kennels in Nerja with boarding and rescue dogs.
I started training to help a few people who had dogs with behaviour problems as there seems to be no training classes in this area. I then started my own dog training club.
As well as the classes I offer one-to-one consultations and home visits.
For some time now I have been writing for The Market Place magazine and now, once a month, you can hear me on Almijara radio 99.1 FM where I discuss anything from training puppies, giving a new home to rescue dogs, to medical conditions, training tips and the requirements of the Pet Passport Scheme.
Training Classes
My puppies and adult training classes are an eight week course that covers; sit, stay, down, coming when called, socializing, doorways, cars, grooming, games and one outdoor class. I now include a lot of the behaviourally side, getting the owners to understand how their dogs think!
